Threads that took place in the distant past (as in, any time before our board calendar started--January 2012.) Use of the thread calendar is not needed for these threads, but they are all canon. Use member boards for crack RP.

The publisher, owner, and CEO of Here & Queer magazine can be found in this luxury suite. On the top floor of the H&Q building, his office is surrounded on all sides by floor to ceiling windows.

The editors of Here & Queer magazine are typically working here if not arranging meetings. The bulk of the department consists of office cubicles for each editor, while a large board room designed for meetings can be found beyond the sea of computers.

Those employed to work on the layout, art and style of H&Q can be found in this department, arguably one of the most spacious. With one room dedicated to rough freehand sketches, and a second devoted to the digital aspects of designing. A good number of company printers are in this department.

The full time writers for the magazine can be found here, with freelance journalists sometimes dropping by. Consisting of only five desktop computers spread between three tables, and a fourth larger table for meetings and discussions. Two additional small office rooms have been set aside for interviews.

Lights, camera, action! The studio of Here & Queer is well financed and fashioned with the latest in photography equipment, from backdrops and props to the high-tech cameras themselves. It feels a little cluttered, particularly during photo shoots, but it is clean and well-kept and always ready for use.

Another department with multiple computers, two separate rooms for meeting purposes and plenty of phones to take in calls, or call appropriate people, the sales and advertising department is often buzzing with conversations.

Everybody needs a break now and then, right? Most just like to sit around the proverbial water cooler and chat about their co-workers.

For all those late night IM sessions between characters. Your character doesn't necessarily have to be in a net cafe to be sending these IMs.

The TV station and studio where GTV's executives, producers, and entertainers come to film. Several sets reside here for their original TV series and news shows.

The Book Nook is one of the largest bookstore chains in the state and they are usually the first to receive the newest H&Q books, as well as hosting book signings.

This bar is located a mere block away from the prestigious H&Q building and is said to be their favorite watering hole. As such, this bar is the place to go for rumors and information on the company, as well as meeting a face or two.

Old California Restaurant Row is a string of local establishments featuring top-notch restaurants, from Japanese sushi to premium steak houses.

Fashion Valley is the class of San Diego malls, Fashion Valley has arguably the best of the upscale stores. Nordstrom, JC Penney, Macy's, Nieman Marcus and San Diego's first Bloomingdale's anchor this well appointed two-level, 200 store, outdoor mall.

The beaches and parks of San Diego are impressive and more than a tourist attraction. Sea World is a popular destination, but don't overlook the smaller, quieter beach locations.
